I looked at the sunset the other day, like so many other times I have…But this time the whole scene was a bit different, There was a purple hue that I had never seen before on the sky. How it so perfectly complimented the reddish-orange splatter on that huge canvas…I want to paint you like that, I want to unfold your every color and be surprised by it every single time. I want to look at you with awe and admire every pore on your body. I want to know every color that you have underneath that skin. I want you to take those colors and splash me with it. Soak me with your being. Every inch of me. I want to drown in the depth of your colors and be lost…Forever.
Weekly Photo Challenge: A throwaway shot, or purposefully unfocused? This week, find beauty in a blur.
Weekly Photo Challenge: This week, let’s keep things nice and cozy.
Photos taken at: Mangla Dam, Pakistan
This week, let’s play with light! Show us what refraction means to you. For this photo challenge, show us what “refraction” means to you. It could be an image taken in a reflective surface, it could be light bent from behind an object, or it could mean remedial math homework: the choice is completely up to you.”
So here is my interpretation for the challenge, The sun and the nature compliment each other perfectly well. A reflection of this world’s beauty.
This is my first Weekly photo challenge since I came back from hiatus so I decided to choose this photo as ‘Foreshadow’. It was taken when My dad and I went on a day trip to Indus River,Attock, Pakistan. I took this photo when we stopped for a rest on our way to the river. We stopped at this spill way and the clouds were rolling in, but still a bit of sunshine was left to peek through the clouds. It was a sight to behold ! Truly magical for me…
Tell us about times in which you linger
I know I have said this a gazillion times before but I love Sunsets. There is just something about it that mesmerizes me to my bones. I wish sunsets would linger forever and I could just watch the sun and the sky and everything in between.
We went on picnic to this place, it was a small hill surrounded by water. We had to get to the hill by a boat. Once we got there the view was spectacular. But as the time to return back approached closer so did the sun started to set. I wish I could just sit there and watch the sunset forever.
Daily Prompt: As Seen on TV
Write a script for a late-night infomercial — where the product is your blog. How do you market yourself? What qualities do you embody that other “products” don’t? What are the benefits of reading your blog?
In all honesty, I DON’T KNOW !
Seriously, I’m honored by the fact that absolutely awesome people choose to read my blog but I fail to find anything that my blog has and others don’t. They are way better than me without any doubt.
So I can’t help but be thankful to all the amazing people who find SOMETHING in my blog worth reading . I’m ME because of YOU!
All I can say is, thank you for seeing SOMETHING in me and supporting me.
