Who Am I ?

I think its time to update this page and reveal a little more about myself. I won’t change the old version but add to it. Because its reminiscent of when I started the blog.

Aries and striving to be a better person by being a better Muslim. My birthday is on 18th April. I live in this beautiful country, PakistanCurrently studying Doctor Of PhysiotherapyI wish to travel the world one day.

I come across as very quite to most people but once you get to know me, all hell breaks loose! okay I’m just kidding, what I meant to say was once you get to know me, I’m actually quite fun and humorous. (I hope its not only in my head 😛 )

I  feel very strongly about my religion. I don’t make fun of yours, don’t make fun of mine. I don’t judge your religion so please don’t judge mine.
All those people who say bad things about Islam, They don’t really know it. Searching it on Google and then claiming to know everything about it doesn’t really mean you know everything about it.

I wish I could sing. (Maybe I can but I never really sang in front of anybody except that one time!)

I’m all up for Bungee Jumping, Sky Diving and Snorkeling if ever given the chance

I have two Persian cats as pets.
This is Cherry: IMG00159-20130425-1003
And this is Snowie:22042011057
They are saying Hi as well !

So, This blog is about all the things that are on my mind which I am unable to express otherwise; My life confusions to be specific !

I am a girl who believes DREAM AS BIG AS YOU CAN. Because dreams do come true. Just have FAITH and BELIEVE in yourself.
And if your dreams don’t come true then it’s for your own good. Something better will come up your way for sure.

Be calm and don’t judge !

Peace.

JUST HIT BIG 2-0. Confused as ever. Sunsets are my jam. Trying to find my way back home or perhaps home is not where I thought. Anyways you get the gist.

Oh and you may call me Zee ❤

Thank you so much for the follow and the extensive feedback! I’m glad my pieces so far have spoken to you so much as if you need to share your own feelings. I love being able to relate to readers through stories and personal experiences. I’m always looking for writing partners for prompts and collaboration in stories to get the writing muscles working. Wow Zee, the amount of positive comments on this page is remarkable. You must be doing something right, because people really seem to like talking to you. Perhaps it has something to do with your respectful, welcoming attitude?

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I’m inspired by the way you approach your religion. There are so many bad things being said about Islam right now, especially in my country, and I’m glad that you’re not letting those things get in the way of what appears to be a very important part of your identity.

Lastly, I’ve never been to Pakistan, but I’m aware that there are some incredible landscapes and wildlife there. I’d love to be able to visit some of the mountainous regions there one day.

Hi josh ! Welcome to my blog. Reading your comment really made my day. The welcoming attitude and positivity you mentioned? It’s all because of amazing people like you who visit me. Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience with blogging, I’ve met some pretty cool people around here who have always made me feel like home. It’s a great community to be a part of me and I’m so glad I found another such person here or rather you found me! Thank you for connecting and I’m so glad to know that you have an open mind regarding my religious views as well as country. Because these days everybody is judgemental and it’s hard to really get your point across without causing an argument. I would love it if you would visit my country Pakistan. You have heard right, it’s got beautiful landscapes from green mountains to deserts to jungles to ocean to everything. It’s not widely advertised that’s why people don’t know much but it doesn’t mean it’s not worth a visit.

Once again I’m so happy that you dropped by, hope i will see more often of you around and we’d connect more ! Have a great day josh.

I’m glad I was able to make your day! You’re right that Pakistan isn’t widely advertised, but luckily I’ve been able to learn a little bit about the natural landscapes there by talking with people who’ve experienced them. I’ve learned a lot from Muhammad Awais, who’s someone I’ve connected with through my blog. The Snow Leopard Trust also does a lot of work in Pakistan, and I follow them quite closely. There’s also a nature series by the BBC called Planet Earth, and the Mountains episode contains lots of footage from Pakistan. They even managed to film a wild snow leopard hunting!

Anyway, it was wonderful to connect with you. I hope I’ll to “talk” with you more!

Wow you certainly know much more about leopards and wild life in Pakistan than me. This is so awesome that you were able to connect with someone from my country and found a common interest. I guess that’s one of the best parts about blogging, once you find similar minded people there’s no going back ! Have a wonderful weekend josh ! Will See you around ! 🙂

Heyyyyy, great About page Zee. I like what you had to say about yourself and you sound like you’re a girl that is resolved with who she is and what she expects. No worries mate. No judgement here ok. And I know that the media sensationalizes everything. My hubby and I were in Afghanistan for a time to produce a documentary that would give a voice to those that don’t have a voice. Our goal was bring dignity to the Afghan people because most of the world (thanks to the media) thought that Afghanistan and Islam was all about terrorism and the Taliban. Our experience was awesome, and I met some really wonderful people.
Awwww, you have two kitties. Lovely. I have a new little puppy. He’s the cutest thing in the world. I just love him to pieces. And I see you’re adventurous. You go girl. You would never catch me bungie jumping or skydiving. Eek. And if you ever travel to Brazil, let me know. You can come and stay with me 🙂
One day I must make it to Pakistan. And if I do, I’m coming to visit you ok.
    Hugs and blessings.

Heeyyy Stacilys!! Thank you soooo much for taking time to check out my about me page and taking a look around my blog.
I makes me happy to know that there still exist people like you who still struggle to find the truth rather than believing whatever the media tells them. I would love to hear about your experiences around the region. I wish you could make it to Pakistan too. You know Brandon from HONY (Humans of New York) is in Pakistan these days! I was esctatic to find that, at last Pakistan is being portrayed in a positive light, for what it is. True interpretation. It’s a beautiful beautiful land. If you haven’t already seen it. Here is the link to HONY:

What did you name your cute little puppy!? ^_^

And yes, definitely if I ever make it to Brazil, I would love to meet such a sweet person as you in person! Keeping my fingers crossed for that!

Again I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found you! Much love,
      Zee ❤

Oh yes, the media is all about sensationalism and blowing things out of proportion. I had never heard of HONY, but just checked out the FB and website. What a super cool idea. Thanks for telling me about him. I also passed it on to my husband to take a look at. It seems like something he would be super interested in, and who knows, maybe we could do something for the Portuguese-speaking world that’s similar. That would be sooooo awesome.
Afghanistan was a special place indeed. We were documenting the work of an NGO there working in the area of education and teacher training for women. It was an experience I’ll never forget.
Ohhhhhh, my puppy’s name is Benny. My last post (from yesterday) has a picture of him in it at the end of the post. I couldn’t help myself. I needed to share his cuteness. Hehehe 🙂
I would love to meet you too sweetie. You never know? Maybe one day.
Sooooo glad to have met you too Zee. I’m sure I’m going to truly enjoy your blog posts.
        Much love and hugs.

Oh wow, I would love to do some kind of volunteer work one day which would help me travel around and help people all around the world. Maybe my medical studies will help. 🙂

I checked the post, Benny is so freaking adorable. I’m already falling in love with him , hehe !

Humans Of NewYork is an international sensation now. Like everybody everywhere knows about it. His work is remarkable.

          Much love,
          Zee ❤
